General information:
Apartment B4 is a cosy attic apartment located in a building which is accessible all year round by car.  It is located just 400 meters from the gondola which takes you to the Arinsal Pal ski resort.  The entrance to the Coma Pedrosa Natural Park is within walking distance and Andorra-la-Vella is 8km away.   The top floor apartment is calm and faces South-West, offering a view over the valley as well as lots of sunshine (if it's a nice day).

Only our 2 apartments in the building are available for holiday rental.  All the other apartments 
belong to private owners.  The building is therefore peaceful and quiet.

You do not have the semi separated area behind the fire place but the living area is larger and gets more sun.

There's a lift in the building from the front door and from the garage to your apartment.  There are no stairs to climb.

Pets welcome as long as the owners are well trained and the pets well educated!
All of our properties are non-smoking. However, please bear in mind that this is very difficult for us to to enforce. We count on our guest's cooperation.
The rental of your apartment includes a private parking space in the garage, high enough for a Mercedes Vito or a Range Rover.
 TV, CD, DVD and radio in your apartment. Don't forget to bring your CD's and DVD's.

For large families: both apartments (B6 and B4) can be joined together in order to form one large one.  The gray area on the plan represents the entry area for both apartments which we added in order to increase privacy for both apartments.  To access that area, one must pass a first front door.  To then access one or the other apartment, one passes a second front door.  Large families can use the entrance area as a private hallway that connects the two apartments and leave the front door to each individual apartment open.  The separation between the two terraces can also be removed, thus creating a very nice and large terrace.

The perfect vacation for asthmatics or persons that do not like acarus or itch-mites:
The pure air in Arinsal is perfect for persons with respiratory problems.  It has also been scientifically proven that acatrus or itch-mites cannot survive at this altitude (1'500m).

4 restaurants, 5 pubs, bread shop, 6 cafés, bank, 2 cyber cafés, a mineral water fountain, 2 ski rental shops, ski pass purchase, cable car, pharmacy, a laundrette, 3 supermarkets and 1 disco.  None of the above mentioned services are located too close and thus do not create a disturbance at night. Some of them may close during the low season.
