General Information:

Cosy mountain chalet located just 150 metres from the gondola that takes you up to the Pal-Arinsal ski resort. The Coma Pedrosa Natural Park is within walking distance. This chalet an ideal place for skiers, walkers and nature lovers that don't want to use their car when on holiday. Those that like to go fishing will find a river right in front of the chalet!

Although the chalet is not luxurious, it has everything you need in order to spend a enjoyable holiday in your own house. During the summer, the shady garden is an ideal place for a barbecue. The garden is also virtually child-safe. The chalet is accessible all year round by car.

Capacity: up 10 persons with nobody having to sleep in the living room.
Having said that, 10 people in one chalet means a crowded house! With 10 persons, not everyone will be able to sit around the fire or eat at the same time at the dinner table. Take a look at the pictures of the living and dining area.
The chalet is ideal for 6 persons, comfortable for 8 persons if you are a family, and at "full capacity" if you are 10 persons.

Picture taken during the winter of 2003-2004 from the garden on the South side of the house. Although the outside BBQ can be seen on the left, the question is: can it be reached?

The bedrooms: 2 rooms with 2 single beds, 2 rooms with double beds,
1 room with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe
with hanging space, shelves and drawers.

Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a micro-wave oven, 3 gas burners
and an electric hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dish washer and
washing machine.

The living area with the large open fireplace an ideal place to relax after a day
on the mountain. Wood can be bought from the local supermarket.

The dining room table seats 6 persons comfortably, 8 persons at a squeeze.
There is also a folding table with stools which can be added. The door on the left leads to the terrace, the other onto the garden. The stairs lead up to one of the bedrooms.

Pets welcome as long as the owners are well trained and the pets well educated! All of our properties are non-smoking. However, please bear in mind that this is very difficult for us to to enforce. We count on our guest's cooperation.

The rental of your chalet includes a private parking space large enough for one large car or 2 small ones. More parking near by. TV, CD, DVD and radio in your chalet. Don't forget to bring your CD's and DVD's.

The perfect vacation for asthmatics or persons that do not like acarus or itch-mites:
The pure air in Arinsal is perfect for persons with respiratory problems. It has also been scientifically proven that acarus or itch-mites cannot survive at this altitude (1'500m).

None of the above mentioned services are located too close and thus do not create a disturbance at night. Some of them may close during the low season.
