The building is located in the middle of the resort, just 350 meters from the cable car that takes you up to the Vallnord Arinsal Pal ski resort.  The entrance to the Coma Pedrosa Natural Park is within walking distance and Andorra-la-Vella is 8km away.   The apartment faces West. There is sun in the afternoon and there is a pleasant view from the living room.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom, a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.  An optional 3rd bed can be installed in each of the twin bedrooms.

The "Bosc" is a popular international restaurant located in the same building as the apartment.  The gondola and the resort centre is at just 5-minute walk.

The perfect vacation for asthmatics or persons that do not like acarus or itch-mites:
The pure air in Arinsal is perfect for persons with respiratory problems.  It has also been scientifically proven that acarus or itch-mites cannot survive at this altitude (1'500m).

Services in the village (within walking distance from the apartment):
4 restaurants, 5 pubs, bread shop, 6 cafés, bank, car rental, a cybercafé, a mineral water fountain, 2 ski rental shops, ski pass purchase, cable car, pharmacy, a laundrette, 3 supermarkets and 1 disco.  None of the above mentioned services are located too close and thus do not create a disturbance at night. Some of them may close during the low season.
